Worship Worship commences each Sunday at 9:30 a.m. and is followed by a fellowship hour at 10:30 a.m. where light refreshments are served. Sunday School starts at 10:30 a.m. and runs concurrently with the fellowship hour. The Sacrament of the Lord's Supper is celebrated the first Sunday of every month. Unique worship experiences are provided during the season of the church year. For example, everyone is given the chance to more actively participate in worship through the following services:
Most services are traditional, but our church also participates in occasional contemporary services as well as several Ecumenical worship services throughout the year. A fully-equipped nursery is provided for young children. A fellowship group opens the church on Sunday and provides greeters, ushers, nursery care, scripture readers, special music, and sanctuary flowers as well as coffee and light refreshments for fellowship hour. Of the four large fellowship service groups, each serves three months per year and divides the tasks within the group. |
